Sanskriti Educational Society was founded by a group of like-minded individuals with the aim of providing a school which would offer world class education to the children of Vadodara. Towards this objective, the Society entered into an agreement with the Delhi Public School Society, which is known worldwide for its 200+ schools rendering quality education to lakhs of students. Thus was born the first Delhi Public School at Vadodara.

DPS Harni is managed by Sanskriti Educational Society under the visionary Chairmanship of Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Kumar, FNASc Former Dean, Faculty of Mathematical Sciences and Dean Research, University of Delhi.

In the short span of time the school, popularly known as DPS Harni, has performed beyond all expectations. With more than three thousand students on its rolls, DPS Harni is fulfilling the dreams of its students and their parents as well. It is joy always to witness our students excelling in all spheres - academic, co-curricular and sports.
